Hey Everyone!!
So this week we dealt with the aftermath of the flood and it actually all went pretty well. We were still able to go out and do our normal missionary work too and we had a lot of people accept us into their houses and listened to our message. A few of them have great potential to be baptized, while a few others were just more looking for a word of comfort. The area here is going really well tho and the members are still super excited to have missionaries. The winter here has been abnormally long (at least that´s what all the Brasileiros say) and it is still pretty cold and rainy. I´m expecting it to get real hot real soon tho so we shall see. My companion was talking to me the other day about his MTC experience and he was talking about how great his Branch President in the MTC was and how his wife would always warn them to never eat or drink anything when they are in their areas because they would get super sick and have serious health problems...I then asked them what their name was and he said Woffenden...it´s totally President Woffenden and his wife, and my comp said they were from CA, too. So that was a funny connection to make. Everything is going well tho and we are super excited to keep on working in this area!! Love you all and give the little ones some loves for me!!!
